Refund Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

14-day no-questions-asked refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or initial subscription, without giving a reason. Later renewal charges are also eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the charge and have not used the new period.

How to request

• Contact support@foxgit.ai and include the order number from your purchase result page.

Refunds go back through the original payment method; when they arrive depends on the payment method and card issuer.

Your license after a refund

After a full refund, the corresponding license is deactivated automatically, and the app stops license-protected features at its next online check; your repositories and local files are not deleted. Partial refunds do not deactivate the license.

Canceling a subscription

Canceling auto-renewal does not trigger a refund. You can keep using the license for the paid period, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, contact support with your order number.

Chargebacks

When a card chargeback is filed or the payment provider issues a chargeback alert, the corresponding license is deactivated automatically; if the chargeback is reversed, contact us to have it restored manually.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your region.
